You may choose to tag your items for our sale in one of two ways. You may either hand write all of the information on a 3x5 index card OR you may quickly register your items through the computer system using the convenient drop-down boxes.
If you would like to use hand written index cards for your items please do the following:
- upper left corner of card: your I.D. code
- lower left corner of card: blank
- upper right corner of card: size of item (where applicable)
- lower right corner of card: price of item
Please note that if you would like an item to stay FULL PRICE throughout the sale you MUST mark "ND" in red beside the price of the item. This will enable the shopper to quickly identify the price of the item on 1/2 price day.
To use the computer entry, please follow the instructions below. This is an easy process that will allow you additional benefits and possibly the $ back guarantee. Please remember, the more organized you are during computer entry, the quicker the drop off process becomes.
You may use hang tag/index card or blank index cards with the computer entry. Hang tags may be purchased at Walmart or Office Depot.
- Gather and organize your items - please gather by gender and size before you begin.
- Prepare your items:
- Clothing - All items must be washed, spot-free and ironed. The better the item looks the more likely it is to sell, and at the non-discounted price!
- Hang clothing on hangers with the hanger hook facing to the left (hook should resemble a ? question mark when the garment front is facing you).
- Hang tags/index cards are to be attached with a safety pin to the upper right corner of the garment front. This must be done prior to the computer entry of the item.
- Toys - All toys must be clean, all small pieces attached securely to the item. Toys must be working, with fresh batteries included.
- Small items should be placed in a zip lock bag and sealed shut with package tape to ensure pieces will not be lost.
- Computer entry of items - With all of your items placed by the computer you may now begin the easy task of registering your items:
- *Register as a consignor:
You will be asked to provide name, address, email address and password (Please write down your password).
- *Training - This will allow us to have the same understanding of pricing, quality and organization.
Once complete, you will be provided a consignor number and a batch number - **Write these down!!**- You will need these numbers to access your sales information.
- Now you are ready to begin "entering" your items. Please use caution to accurately enter the description and price of each of your items. Remember to list the actual size for your clothing - not S,M,L,XL.
*Donation - For the items you wish to have donated following the sale, you may choose All, None or you may select Individual Items
- Tag and Number your items. Write the items assigned number (provided at computer entry) onto the hang tag/index card. This will assist in organization and will speed up the drop-off process.
- Save your entries - You may save your entries and return at any time.
- Go to the Check Sales button and pull up your batch to access.
- Print - When you have completed entering all items to be sold you can print your inventory.

Item entry deadlines:
Sunday Drop-off: All items must be entered into the computer by Midnight Saturday, Aug. 29th
Monday Drop-off: All items must be entered into the computer by Midnight Sunday, Aug. 30th
