• Consignor's receive 70% of their sales.
• Workers receive up to 80% of their sales.

• Consignor fees are waived for first time participants who choose to use the computerized registration process exclusively.

• When using the computer entry system you may use either the recommended hang tags or an index card. Barcodes can be easily attached to either option.

• Checks will be issued at pick-up to participants who exclusively use our computer registration process ONLY.
  
  All other checks will be mailed within one (1) week of sales end.


• Consignor fees will be taken from your final check.


• New opportunities to shop early or increase sales percentages have been added to our "Worker Information" page. Please check out these great new opportunities.


• Participants have the option to use more than one code when entering their items (i.e. you may bring items tagged for 2 or more different sales). However, it is the consignor's responsibility to list ALL codes at drop off and pick up.


• A $ back guarentee is offered to participants that use the online registration system. This will require the Rocking Horse to print out all of the computer barcode labels. If you love the convenience of the computerized system but would rather print your own labels, the Rocking Horse cannot offer $ back guarentee.

• Bring all your items bundled in the order you input them into the computer. Keeping the items in order will allow the receiving process to go much more quickly.



• Please have the hang tags already pinned to the garment or securely taped to the bagged items or toys.



• When you arrive you will be given a sheet with your barcodes. They will be on the sheet in the order you put the items in the computer. You match the numbered item with the correct barcode and put that code on the hang tag.



• You and a worker will check off items that were brought to the sale and which ones did not make it (This is why you need your inventory list).



• After you have labeled and checked off the items you or a volunteer may take your items and place them where they should go.

• For guarenteed items, the consignor should schedule an appt. for pick up. This will allow time for all items to be accounted for.
